Join us for the 2026 Next Green Group Charity Wine Lunch, an unforgettable afternoon of exceptional cuisine, carefully curated wine pairings, fundraising and community connection at Salsa Bar & Grill, Port Douglas.

Indulge in a four-course menu showcasing local produce and culinary excellence, perfectly matched with premium wines from Yangarra Estate and Ramos Pinto. Throughout the afternoon, guests will enjoy fundraising activities, auctions, raffles and cash prizes, all while supporting a cause that makes a real difference in our community.

Our talented culinary team has curated a stunning four-course menu, perfectly matched with wines from Yangarra Estate and Ramos Pinto.

Sous vide veal loin, tuna crema, black garlic gel, pickled shallots, fried capers and wholemeal grissini
Paired with Yangarra Piquepoul

✨ Paperbark Hot Smoked Daintree Saltwater Barramundi
Potato rosti, compressed cucumber, whipped crème fraîche and salmon pearls
Paired with Yangarra Rosé

Prosciutto-wrapped chicken roulade, mushroom ketchup, duck fat kipfler potatoes, caramelised pearl onions and pinot noir jus lié

Most importantly, $20 from every ticket sold will be donated directly to KIND.
