    All our cheeses are made from start to finish, right here in the restaurant. We use Bio
    Dynamic farmed milk from Mungalli Creek, which is located on the Atherton Tablelands.
    Our remarkable team of chefs, fronted by Head Chef Goran Zonai, is responsible for the
    tantalizing flavours & textures that you are about to enjoy.
    We pride ourselves on being one of the few restaurants in the Far North able to produce our
    own cheeses.

    tasmania is one of only a very few wine-producing regions in australia that enjoys a
    genuine cool climate, allowing grapes to ripen relatively slowly over a longer period. this
    slower ripening results in wines of intense flavour and elegance. the iced riesling shows
    strong mandarin aromas with subtle sweet honey tones and bruised apple flavours. a
    lovely lighter style dessert wine, yet very crisp, lengthy and complex. great partner with
    salsa's house-made cheeses!

    When Grant Burge inherited one of his vineyards from his uncle, along with it came crates of
    treasures holding bottles of an absolutely divine and light style muscat. As Grant's uncle was
    known to be not good at keeping records, only an estimate can be made on its age,
    somewhere between 20-30 yrs. A lovely accompaniment with Salsa's house made cheeses.
