This incredible event kickstarts the Taste Port Douglas Food & Wine Festival with a restaurant takeover by the legendary Alastair McLeod & Raymond Capaldi. Commencing at midday, this 4 course lunch allows you to kick back and relax, enjoy sensational food and service, while mingling with our celebrity chefs.

Tickets are for food only with a cash bar available for beverages. Price $145pp + booking fee.

1st course (salsa bar & grill)

‘duo of tiger prawns’

tiger prawn roulade, saffron emulsion, socarrat rice tuile,

prawn miang, peanut, pomelo, betel leaf

2nd course (alastair mcleod)

ora king salmon kibbeh, seaweed, almost pickled cucumber, horseradish labneh

main course (ray capaldi)

braised beef, autumn fruits, paris mash, 5 pepper sauce

side (ray capaldi)

cos lettuce, smoked almond mayo, lime, honey, herbs

dessert (salsa bar & grill)

coconut mousse, passion fruit, pina colada sorbet, wondaree macadamia streusel
