Chef de Partie

We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Chef de Partie to join our high performing team. If you’re seeking to commit to a career with Port Douglas’ most awarded restaurant, possess a genuine passion for the industry, have a love for the tropics and the fresh local produce on offer then we want to hear from you!

Requirements:
– Full unrestricted Australian work rights
– Chef de Partie qualification, minimum 2 years experience in similar role
– Prior experience in a busy à la carte restaurant
– Professional credentials
– Strong knife skills and plating experience
– Prior experience working in a hi-tech kitchen
– Ability to “job share” through all sections
– Commitment to ongoing professional development
– Ability to handle high-stress situations
