🍸 Cocktail Bartender

Start: ASAP | 30+ Hours Per Week | Permanent Part-Time 

Salsa Bar & Grill is seeking an experienced and confident Cocktail Bartender to join our dynamic team immediately.

This is an opportunity to work in one of Port Douglas’ most established and high-performing venues, where quality, energy and guest experience matter every single night.

About the Role

You will be responsible for delivering exceptional bar service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. From classic cocktails to premium wine and spirit service, you’ll bring skill, speed and personality to every shift.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven cocktail and bar experience

  • Strong knowledge of spirits, wine and classic cocktails

  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure

  • Confident customer interaction and professional presentation

  • A team player who thrives in a busy service environment

  • Availability for evenings and weekend shifts
